SHIPPING POLICY

We now offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. Your order will be shipped via USPS. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, however sometimes longer due to production delays. Once your order is processed a tracking number will be delivered to you via email. Standard U.S. ground shipments usually arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. International shipments usually arrive in 1-3 weeks. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time and without notice. Check your tracking number included in the supplied email for package tracking information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We now offer free returns on all U.S. returns.
  • You are able to return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Items purchased on sale/clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products must be unwashed and in the condition you received them and in the original box or packaging. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
  • In the event you would like to return or exchange your product, please see instructions and shipping label inside your package.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 1-3 business days of receipt), your replacement item will be sent out or your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
